请推荐一位好的家庭医生

问这个问题，主要出于几方面的考虑：

1/ 对蒙城的医疗制度不了解。是与在国内时一样，有病的时候才去医院排队看，还是找一个好的家庭医生，建立自己和家人长期的健康档案，到有病的时候由家庭医生推荐到专科医生处治疗？我带孩子去过两三次区里的诊所看病，排队时间很长，而且每次看的都是不同的医生，没有连贯性，也没有病历，不利于医生查看过往病史。

2/ 大人也许还好，有些头痛发热的挺一挺就过去了，可孩子的情况就复杂的多。选择一个固定的家庭医生，特别是儿科家庭医生与牙科医生，对孩子的健康成长十分重要而且必要。

3/ 人不会去找病，而病却往往不告而来。特别是新移民，工作，学习和生活都处在某种压力之下，无论过去的身体素质有多么好，也应该对健康状况加于一定的关注。但我发现在同胞当中，重视健康的人并不多。我来这不久，就已听说过几个忽染急恙的例子了。听朋友说，蒙城实行免费身体检查制度，每个人每年都可以到CLSC预约做一次全面的身体检查。而我在国内，公司也每年安排一次这样的体检的。早发现早治疗，总比等病自己发作强啊。

我衷心希望各位朋友都能对自己和家人的健康多加关注，学习是重要的，工作是重要的，但有一个健康而快乐的家庭却是至关重要的！健康是革命的本钱，但多少钱也买不来健康啊！

I don't have any family doctor. Actually, the doctors in CLSC are almost the same, you can ask for a doctor you would like to see by making an appointment. They will keep your file in the clinic. If there are some problems you need to see a specailist, the doctor will send your file forwoard. Don't worry about the files.

I also had a general exam in CLSC. The doctor was nice and explained everthing to me. If you have any problem, they will call you to ask you to check again.

I just go the CLSC close to my home. Unless you have language problem, CLSC is good enough. To any where else, even a family doctor, is the same procedure.
