For 体检, any CLSC or walk in clinic is fine!  

家庭医生 means somthing else, don't think there is "new" 家庭医生 available in Montreal!  Supposed to be common knowledge.  We seldom get sick in the past, tried to look for one last year as we are getting older, imposible in my area.  Not even at the clinic that we've gone to for over 20 years, as we only "walk-in" average once a year.

- There are family doctors in Montreal, all overloaded and not taking new patient. Don't assume u have a family doctor after doing a checkup @ CLSC/walk-in-clinic! U can always get checkups, just whatever doctor's available when u go. Ask the specific question. Continue your search and good luck!

- 排很长时间的队 is common if u want to see any specific doctor. They'll schedule u earlier in case of "big" problem.

3.或是拥有一个家庭医生需要定期付一定的费用?
- In Quebec, not yet! Read an article in one of the Chinese newspaper that doctors in one of the provinces started to charge. Not much, just $XXX/year, don't have the article now.

Supreme Court is ruling today on whether ~"individuals can buy private insurance for . . . ", all over on the news.

家庭医生不好找，如果成人自己看病的话，可以去CLSC或者ventome地钱站对面那个诊所（不需要预的），挺方便。

到你家所在的CLSC取一份家庭医生的清单，然后打电话联系他们。或者，你有朋友有家庭医生的，让他们介绍。
