我在填写IMM5540E表时, 第15项, B, If any of your children do not live with you, give deatailed of your formal/informal visitation rights. Indiate how often you visit your children and if you provide any finiancial support for them.

我填:

I have full visitation rights.
My son was born on 2002/1/13. I lived with him untill 2003/6/22, and I came to Vancouver, Canada and lived there no more than 3 months. I went back to China on 2003/9/19 and lived with my family untill 2004/12/4, I came to Montreal.

When I was in China, I provided financial support for my son and saved some money in the bank in the name of my wife. She can use our savings and her salary to support my son.

I have been in Montreal for nearly one month and are looking for a job.

是否可以? 你老公如何填的?

仔细地、耐心地从第一页到52页看完，看到许多热心的朋友，明白一些原来迷惑的地方，非常感谢和感动。
我想我们应该可以有许多可以沟通交流之处。
我觉得，IMM5540E表时, 第15项, B, 如你那样填未尝不可，但或许n/a更合适。因为在15-a里提到list children, including those from all your previous relationhsips, if applicable.
How do you think it?

有些关于公证的问题不明确，主要是不知是否该办，办多了觉得多余，办少了又恐生变。我发了个帖子在坛里，也没人回应。在这里求助一下吧！

我在准备老婆和儿子的团聚材料，联邦移民，在part 3, appendix a: document checklist-immigrant 的第6条里有一个 custody order for your child (if any) and proof that you have fulfilled any obligation stated in the custody order. 这是在说监护证明么？又有什么obligation？怎么公证呢？我是说该准备什么材料呢？哪里可以见到这个custody order?


我已办了孩子的出生公证，写清了父亲母亲的关系，这custody order还有obligation是什么

我刚看过申请配偶的表格，太难了。我指的是表格的空格太小了，地址等部分用手写好像不够写。不知道有没有电子表格，可以直接在电脑上输进去，然后整个表格打出来。拜托各位了

手写其实足够了,也可以自己下载电子表搁,填好打印,可以更整洁写.下载的地址就在那个申请的网站上

应该足够了. 只要有孩子的出生公证, 户口公证就足以说明和孩子的关系了.

我也是觉得很烦, 有些问题很是捣浆糊. 下周可以寄过来了.
另外, 你们把材料从国内寄到加拿大给老公, 是用的什么方式啊?
航空 + 挂号 可以吗?:confused:
