我的情况是登陆两个月后回国结婚一个月，然后再返回加拿大。登陆以前就认识现在妻子半年。

（1）Application to Sponsor and Undertaking [IMM 1344A] 中第11项Record of landing/confirmation of permanent residence number.
我是2003年登陆的，移民纸IMM5292上有CLIENT ID， DOC NO，还有我申请移民时的档案号，应该填哪个呀？

（2）是否不请移民代理，就不用交Authority to Release information to Designated Individuals [IMM 5476]？

（3）Application for Permanent Residence [IMM 0008 GENERIC]中第12项我妻子是大专应该选哪个？

（4）只申请妻子过来，没有孩子，是否就不需要交Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] ？如果要交，请帮我确认一下填的是否正确：
SECTION A：Applicant填我妻子名字，Spouse or common-law partner填我的名字，Mother填妻子母亲的名字，Father填妻子父亲的名字。
SECTION C的Brother and Sisters也都是填妻子的兄弟姐妹？

（5）SPOUSE/PARTNER QUESTIONNAIRE [IMM 5490]:

A) 第7项Prior to your relationship, was your sponsor or any of your sponsor's family members related to you or any member

of your family (include immediate and extended family members, e.g, aunts,uncles,cousins)?这句英文从语法上看似乎有问题，看不明白是什么意思？

B) 第9项是否对正式登记结婚的夫妻选NO？

C) 第10项是否对正式登记结婚的夫妻选NO？它还要求解释为什么NO,我的解释是：“登陆两个月后回国结婚一个月，然后再返回加拿大立即给妻子申请移民。从第一次认识妻子到现在给妻子申请移民才9个月时间，所以哪怕刚认识就一直同居也不可能'live together continuously for at least one year' ” 我感觉这个解释有点可笑，是否我理解错了第10项问题的意思？

D) 第11项的a）Was your marriage arranged? 请问arranged是什么意思？如果是指婚礼的话，不就和上面第11项刚开始的那个问题
“Were there formal ceremonies to recognize/celebrate the relationship, e.g., engagement ceremony, traditional/customary
marriage ceremony, commitment ceremony, partnership ceremony,reception,etc?”重复了吗？

E) 第12项是否选NO，而且填上我结婚后返回加拿大的日期？

这是CSQ的申请表。

（6）请问第2项和第3项因为没有孩子是否就不填了？不用填我妻子的父母兄弟姐妹吧？

（7）第6项，象我们这种情况，我妻子应该算是我的spouse而不是de facto spouse 或conjugal partner吧？If you are the sponsor's spouse 中的两个问题应该都选NO吧？

（8）签字的那一句话：“In witness whereof” 是什么意思？难道要找证人并当证人的面签字？要证人签字吗？

还有一些其他问题：

（8）我查遍了网上信息都找不到答案的关键问题：第一次给CPC-Mississauga交申请材料的时候怎么同时交申请费？收费单位名称和地址具体是什么？Receipt (IMM 5401)到哪里索要？

（9）登陆费可在国内用人民币交吗？

（10）象我这样只担保22岁以上的妻子过来而没有孩子的情况，所有要交的费用是否是：
给联邦移民局的：
Sponsorship application (per application) $75
Principal applicant $475
RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEE (RPRF登陆费) $975
给魁省移民局的：$250
另加中国的体检费用和一些公证的费用。

（11）第一次给Mississauga的CPC寄材料时就要把妻子的护照原件一起交上吗？还是等后来北京使馆快要发签证了通知交的时候再交？出生公证，无犯罪公证是否也是一开始就交？

（12）我担保妻子作为有CSQ的魁省移民来加拿大的前提是我本人必须是魁省居民。那么用不用象申请Loan/Bursary那样要用Lease来证明我是魁省居民？如果不用证明，那么外省的人就能钻空子把妻子办成作为有CSQ的魁省移民，因为他可以用魁省亲戚或朋友的地址装作魁省人来申请？

一个紧急的问题：

傀省给我的那个担保通过后，那个担保材料还需要不需要自己寄给香港移民局和我老婆吗？

因为突然想到这一点，而材料又不在手边，盼望大家帮我回答一把！不胜感激！

I suggest you mail the smaller envelop to your wife, and then your wife mail it to HK, even if Quebec said it is not necessary.

Beijing asks us to do so , but I am not sure of HK.  so it's only for your consideration.

I have not got the visa. But it won't be long.  

Your case in HK is slower than mine.

Someone got visa for only 2 months !

One question to SWCN:

I got the CSQ but it is said Quebec office will send CSQ to Beijing directly and no need to send by my spouse. They use black font of that on the letter.

Do you think my wife still need to send it again to Beijing?

First, you are absolutely right !!!  Quebec said exactly that.

However, Beijing office still asked to send it the approved Engagement by QC, and I had to follow the instruction. Therefore, I suggest you send them the sponsored person's copy of Engagement, as well as a photocopy of CSQ. Actually, the sponsored person's Engagement is not very useful for us, and I think Beijing office will return it with immigration VISA.

The original CSQ is important and please keep it well.
