My case also come to end. How long have you taken to come to Status 17 after you sent out your 1st package to CPC? I would like to take a reference.

Visa received only 2 days after code became 17.

1. Beijing case, usually 2 - 3 months, if no interview required, and your documents are complete.

2. most of time, no interview required.
