kirkland也挺贵,新开发的6-70w的里外配置比我家的差很多,为什么还是能卖到6-70w,就是因为它在kirkland啊 -- Indeed. I had the same feeling when I searched in Kirkland.
在预算一定的情况下,地段、面积、配置等等,总是要做出某些选择和牺牲的 - Very true.
Determing where to buy is a very complicated mind process. We chose townhouses in bois franc is not because we see it as a 明珠, but because it is the only place that currently fits our needs at a max. level within a certain budget, and therefore, at some point, we needed to sacrifice the 占地面积. However, with the total living space that we have, that is pretty much big enough for us. And of course we do like the condition in bois franc. Some places in bois franc may seems somewhat 拥挤, but at least everything is very organized and the environment is 很养眼.
I believe there is always reason that an area is expensive or not. If the price starts being not logical, it won't hold for very long as the market will direct it to the right point.

越是离市中心近,一般就越贵,同样一个破房子在市中心就更贵,甚至超过郊区某些好不少的房子。st-l怎么也算是城乡结合部,自然比西岛这个乡下要贵。new-st的独立房都很豪啊,“super big deattached houses in New St are all over $100W”真也不算crazy,既然是super big了嘛,就连我家附近不少还都是一两百万的,我这儿可不过是pierrefonds啊。kirkland也挺贵,新开发的6-70w的里外配置比我家的差很多,为什么还是能卖到6-70w,就是因为它在kirkland啊,我没钱给它升级,又不想牺牲面积,当初只能转战pierrefonds去了。所以,在预算一定的情况下,地段、面积、配置等等,总是要做出某些选择和牺牲的。 |
