Please help me about how to deal with:

My wife has received the FN letter from Hongkong,
and was asked to provide some materials, such as
photos and a supplementary questionnaire. But it
did not mention about if she should also submit
the passport.

1. Do we have to also submit her passport, so we
can save much time?

2. Anyone knows where to download this Hongkong
supplementary questionnaire?

现在老婆收到香港使馆要求补材料的信，要求补Engagement和Supplementary Questionnaire，但是没有提到补护照原件。

请问有过经验的各位大侠，是否这次最好将护照原件一块交上去，这样可以节省时间？还是等通知要求补的时候再交？

再问两个问题:
1) 递申请表时申请人要提供护照原件吗? 移民部资料只说是 "include only copies of pages showing the pssport number, date of issue and expiration, your photo, name, surname, date and place of birth" 但是为什么还是有人问要不要寄原件.

2)如只申请老婆一个人, 申请费大家算了多少钱?
　（我算数差）
  我算的是$75+$475+$975 = $1525.
  但是permanent residence fee $975 也是递申请时交吗?

3)IMM 1344 A （担保申请表中）　11 的 Record of landing/confirmation of permanent residence number 是填什么？　我是９９　年的移民．当时持移民纸．
