请问有经验的朋友：
我这次回法国想给我的女朋友以同居关系申请团聚移民。现在我碰到一个问题：
在市政府开同居证明的时候，同居的开始的起始日期能不能填去年7月也就是我登陆加拿大前的日期，还是一定要从我登陆后的时间填起？
因为我以同居关系申请团聚，同居时间要证明在一年以上，所以如果我按登陆后的日期填就到不了这个标准。但我的担心是，如果我填了登录前的日期，会不会被移民局认为我在登陆时隐瞒自己的个人婚姻状态。
现在明确的一点是，凭同居证明肯定是能申请团聚移民，但同居身份到底算不算个人婚姻状态的改变呢？
向朋友们请教了。急盼答复！

状态变成了13，是不是就是没有问题了？也没有说是同意还是不同意。只说decision made, 会把我们的材料及还给我们。

我想请你问是什么时候知道DM了？从大使馆寄给你LP的补充信后，然后你LP又寄了回去。是HK的案子么？我具体想按照大家的进度来计算一下能收到信的时间。能详细说说进度情况么?

"We received your application to sponsor your wife February 18, 2004. " ;
"We started processing your application on March 08, 2004. "

"We returned your application on March 08, 2004. You may re-apply or resubmit your application when the information requested is provided. If this address is not correct, "
here I just 555555555

, I have to fill some information and resubmit it on March 26;

"We sent you a letter on April 08, 2004 about the decision on your application.
We forwarded your application to the Ministère des Relations avec les citoyens et de l'Immigration (MRCI) on April 08, 2004. "

April 26,2004, My wife got the request from Beijing embassy who give us a deadline is June 10;

I was waiting for the CSQ untill May 05, then I handed it in MRCI on May 13.

Wait........the respond of CSQ untill June 10(issued time is June 03) . I delivery all CSQ and undertaking to China by DHL on June 13 (cost 47.71$, 3 days).

My wife send it to Beijing on June 20.

Just now, I check the status is :

DECISION

MADE
(A decision has been made at this point.)

We have made a decision on your sponsorship application. We will inform you in writing of the decision.

Application Forwarded to Visa Office

So far, I am still waiting for the letter of confirmation.
