我一朋友和你一样的计划，也是bell, 但用windows mobile,15元/月。另外，长途一毛一分钟。超过计划一毛一分钟。

Bell Discount in Quebec: $100 off New Phone + 20% Off Plans for Existing Customers (3-yr Contract)

The mobile market is heating up in Quebec as Videotron prepares to launch its 3G+ network. Bell's response is an aggressive offer for existing customers. It's been reported that Bell is offering existing customers in Quebec $100 off any new device and 20% off rate plans provided you renew a 3-year contract. That yields some very impressive deals like an iPhone 4 for $59.95 or a Blackberry Bold for $0. We'd have to call that a hot offer!
