BELL SUCKS!!! I called today to confirm the deal but they told me there was mistake and they couldn't honor it!!! Look at what they offered me today, the price jumped and feature downgraded.... BELL SUCKS!!! I spoke to the supervisor and he couldn't do anything. SO I told him to cancel.

I will try FIDO definitely.... Do you think if I can call Retention and tell them I'd switch from BELL to FIDO, they will give me a sweet deal?

说的对极了。

而且就算你转到Fido，因为你是新用户，未必能拿到老用户才能拿到的计划。

不过你先不要cancel你现有的计划，打电话给fido先，问清楚他们是否能给你优惠，再决定是否要转。如果要转的话，只要把你的电话号码告诉fido，他们自然会帮你搞定。你不必通知bell，除非你有合同在身，要交ETF （early termination fee）。

我跟rogers有三年多一点，一年前换过新的电话。
这周打电话订了一个新的约，买到iPhone4之后(32gb for 269$) 就可以activate了，大概如下：

weekday 250min
weeknights 8pm-8am & weekends unlimited
1000 Canadian Long Distance
Local Rogers 2 Rogers
Voice Mail, Call Display, 2500 sms
6GB data

=$50+tax

真正签约前可能会再试图拿下一些免费的extra minutes或者 6pm early evening。
虽然有的人的plan比我的要好太多……不过这个plan还是要比去店里可以买到的好很多了……
